2027 planning: women’s and men’s main-draw dates are published. Qualifying dates are expected; 2026 prices and arrangements below are labelled by year.
The tournament in brief
The HSBC Championships at Queen’s Club are two separate outdoor grass tournaments in west London. The women’s WTA 500 main draw runs 7–13 June 2027, followed by the men’s ATP 500 main draw on 14–20 June. Choose the women’s week for a full women’s tour programme, the men’s week for the men’s draw, or book separate visits if you want both. One ticket does not span both weeks.
The main arena is called the Andy Murray Arena. Court 1 and the other match and practice courts give an early-round day a different feel from finals weekend. The club becomes a tournament venue with temporary spectator stands, so choose your seat with stairs, shade and the walk to facilities in mind. A ticket secures its advertised access, not a named player: the Order of Play is your guide once the draw is running.

Qualifying
For 2027, the LTA expects women’s qualifying on 5–6 June and men’s qualifying on 12–13 June. The confirmed main draws remain 7–13 June for women and 14–20 June for men. Check the daily programme before travelling to a qualifying session.
The LTA expects women’s qualifying on 5–6 June 2027 and men’s qualifying on 12–13 June. Those dates remain subject to confirmation. Qualifying decides places in the main draw and can offer close-up tennis before the headline week gets busy. The second qualifying weekend overlaps the end of the women’s tournament, so check exactly which competition and court access your purchase includes.
The 2027 qualifying admission price is not yet published on the ticket page checked in October 2026. Wait for the specific qualifying product and its entry times before arranging a day out around it. Bring the same weather layers as for main-draw tennis, and leave time to move between matches. If your main priority is a particular player, qualifying cannot promise that appearance.

How to get tickets
Public tickets are sold through the LTA’s official ticket route. The 2027 standard-ticket sale dates and prices have not yet been announced; Advantage membership offers a way to receive priority-sale information when releases open. Joining a mailing list is a useful reminder, but read the actual membership eligibility before assuming it gives you a buying window.
Club members should check their private members’ ballot or allocation arrangements with Queen’s Club. That is a separate route from the LTA public sale; no public 2027 members’ ballot dates are confirmed here. The club itself directs tournament ticket enquiries to the LTA. Choose the public ticket page if you are visiting as an ordinary spectator.
Start on the organiser’s ticket page, choose your date and read the booking summary carefully: court, seat category, number of people and any booking fee should all match your plan. Save the confirmation and check when tickets appear in the Courtside app. Arrange transfers through the official process if friends arrive separately. Hospitality can simplify a celebration, but compare the actual court seat, food, drinks and cancellation conditions before paying for a package.

Prices in the table are 2026 reference prices or an explicit current-price status. The published 2026 grid excludes a £5 booking fee per ticket. Use the 2027 booking summary for the new edition’s total.

Which ticket and which day
For variety, pick an early-round weekday and spend some time on the smaller courts. For a simpler day with a dependable seat, choose an arena ticket and settle in for its programme. In the 2026 visitor information, an Andy Murray Arena ticket included an allocated arena seat plus other match and practice courts, with unreserved Court 1 access subject to space. A grounds ticket excluded the main arena.
The 2026 schedule put singles quarter-finals on Friday, semi-finals on Saturday and finals on Sunday in each week. Use that pattern to compare options, then check the published 2027 round schedule before purchase. Finals concentrate the headline action and leave fewer matches elsewhere. A cheaper late-week grounds ticket can therefore offer less tennis than the same ticket early in the week.

Getting there
The venue address is The Queen’s Club, Palliser Road, London W14 9EQ. Barons Court serves the District and Piccadilly lines and is the convenient Tube approach to the Palliser Road entrance; West Kensington on the District line is useful for the Perham Road side. In 2026, arena blocks 19–23 used Perham Road and other blocks used Palliser Road. Follow the entrance on your 2027 ticket and map, even if your usual walk takes you to the other side.
Hammersmith is a practical alternative, with a longer final walk and several bus connections. Use TfL’s journey planner for a bus stop near your correct entrance, including the walk from your arrival station. There is no visitor parking at the club in the organiser’s published travel advice. Leave the car at a suitable rail connection or your accommodation; local streets have restrictions.
After play, take a moment to check which Tube branch you need and whether it still connects with your onward train. Two nearby stations can offer different queues and useful destinations. Keep enough time for leaving your stand and the gate walk. If you have booked a long-distance train, agree in advance which part of a late match you are willing to miss.

Accessibility
Choose the wheelchair or ease-of-access ticket option before payment. The LTA’s current booking instructions add a companion alongside a wheelchair place; ease-of-access customers can request an essential companion through the booking options. Confirm the seat combination with ticketing if your needs fall outside those choices. Ask about a route with the fewest stairs, the distance to toilets and whether your whole party can sit together. A general seat bought first can be difficult to exchange later.
Barons Court and West Kensington have no step-free street-to-platform route. Barons Court’s same-direction step-free interchange is useful between trains, but does not make the station accessible from the street. Hammersmith’s District/Piccadilly station offers a step-free alternative; check TfL’s map, lift status and boarding assistance for your chosen train. Hammersmith has separate station buildings, so select the right one in the planner.
The LTA describes Queen’s as a temporary outdoor venue with ramps and varied ground surfaces; some ramps lack handrails. Its published facilities include accessible toilets, a Quiet Room, sensory bags and induction loops at the main arena and Court 1. Ask ticketing about your exact route and viewing place, and use the current accessibility map before arrival.

What to bring and entry rules
Pack comfortable shoes, a light waterproof, a warm layer, sunscreen and a hat. June can feel very different in exposed seating from the walk through town. A compact power bank helps with mobile tickets and the journey home; keep your ticket app working before you leave the hotel. Leave your overnight bag at your accommodation so you can move easily through security and between courts.
The LTA’s 2026 conditions permitted one bag up to 40 × 30 × 30cm plus one small item up to 20 × 15 × 15cm. Larger luggage had no onsite storage. Outside alcohol was prohibited at Queen’s. Check the 2027 conditions for the new edition before packing.
Treat this as a day of outdoor grass-court tennis. If play stops, use the official announcements to decide whether to wait, take a food break or change your travel plans. Read the wet-weather policy attached to your ticket: rain alone does not tell you the refund outcome. A rigid dinner reservation or the last possible train makes a long match harder to enjoy. Leave some room in your budget and your evening for the unexpected.
The published 2026 Queen’s ticket FAQs charge the full ticket price for children aged five to sixteen and exclude under-fives from grandstand seating. Check your chosen women’s or men’s edition before booking. Compare child tickets and plan a family tennis day.

Food and drink at the venue
The current food page describes a cashless venue, accessible outlets, dietary options and free accessible BRITA water refill points. The 2027 menus will be added nearer the event. Bring a payment method and check the menu at the outlet before joining its line. The published food information allows a personal picnic and non-alcoholic drinks in non-glass containers; wooden or bamboo cutlery is requested.
Plan lunch around your matches. Buy food before settling in for a long contest, or keep a snack handy so you can wait for a natural break. Bring a refillable bottle and locate the nearest water point early in the day. For allergies, speak to the outlet staff about ingredients and preparation; a dietary label is only the start of that conversation. If you bring a picnic, keep it easy to carry and clear your rubbish before moving to another court.

Where to stay
West London makes a useful tennis base because your hotel, an evening meal and the Tube can all sit on the same side of the city. Prioritise the actual walking route to your entrance if you want a relaxed start. For two tennis days, a slightly closer room can save repeated transfers; for a wider London trip, a better connected station may matter more.
Journey times are door-to-gate estimates from a well-connected spot in each area. They include waiting and the final walk, and will vary with the hotel address, traffic and crowds. Price levels are a rough guide: check live prices for your dates. Compare the same dates, room occupancy, breakfast and cancellation terms, then add the daily transport cost. Ask about luggage storage if you arrive before check-in or leave after a full day of tennis.

Make a weekend of it
Keep one day for tennis and another for London. A Fulham or riverside walk can be a flexible morning option; museums around South Kensington suit a separate sightseeing day with an easy return to an Earl’s Court base. Check opening times and book any timed attraction directly. If you want to see a show, put it on your non-tennis evening so a long match does not force a rushed departure.
Hammersmith, Fulham and Shepherd’s Bush offer different choices for an evening meal. Pick somewhere near your accommodation when you expect to stay until the end of play. For a group, agree a simple meeting point outside the venue and reserve with a realistic arrival window. Leave room for a shower and a change after a full outdoor day instead of planning a dash straight from the stand.

Planning timeline
In October–December 2026, choose the kind of day you want and sign up for the organiser’s ticket news. Compare hotel areas before committing to a room. In January–February 2027, watch for priority access and general-sale announcements; buy the date and court you actually want, then match your travel to that ticket. These are planning tasks, not announced sales deadlines.
In March–April, check accommodation cancellation dates and any parking or accessibility booking process. In May, revisit the player list and event schedule, remembering that entries can change. In early June, check the current bag rules, ticket app, gate map and return services. The evening before your visit, read the Order of Play and weather forecast; on the morning itself, check transport disruption and charge your phone.
For Queen’s, keep the women’s and men’s weeks distinct in your calendar. If you book the weekend of 12–13 June, check whether you are buying women’s late-round tennis or men’s qualifying. A hotel booking covering both is useful only if you have the matching tickets.

FAQs
No. The 2027 women’s main draw is 7–13 June and the men’s is 14–20 June. Buy the appropriate date for the competition you want. Check eligibility with Queen’s Club. Its members’ arrangements are separate from the LTA public sale, which is the visitor route for ordinary spectators. The 2026 grounds product excluded the Andy Murray Arena. Check the 2027 ticket inclusions; choose a reserved arena ticket for an arena seat. Use TfL to plan via a step-free station such as Hammersmith’s District/Piccadilly station. Barons Court and West Kensington are not step-free from the street. The tournament uses temporary spectator infrastructure at the club. Check the seating map and book an access-appropriate seat if stairs are difficult. The published food page allows personal food and non-alcoholic drinks in non-glass containers. Check the current entry terms before packing. The organiser advises that visitor parking is unavailable onsite. Follow our Wimbledon guide for the Grand Slam fortnight. Eastbourne adds a seaside combined tour event; Nottingham pairs a women’s tour draw with a men’s Challenger. Each guide explains the practical ticket and arrival choices.
Build a grass-season trip around your ticketed days and leave a travel buffer between cities. Qualifying, women’s and men’s finals can fall on different days, so compare the actual event schedules before booking a multi-stop itinerary. Each event uses its own tickets and entry rules; a grounds pass at one venue gives no access at another. London makes a useful link between rail journeys, but an evening match can remove the time you expected to have for a transfer.
